About Me

Hello, my name is Amanda Dilley, and I’m the proud owner of Mobile Zen Massage. Born and raised in central Arizona, I’ve spent my entire life here, embracing the beauty and community of this region. For the past 12 years, I’ve lived in Paulden, AZ, with my amazing husband and our two boys. Together, we enjoy exploring the outdoors and caring for our variety of pets and livestock.

Growing up, I was inspired by my mother, who was deeply involved in our community—whether it was organizing fundraisers, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, or working at the fire department. Her dedication to helping others left a lasting impression on me and guided my own passion for serving and caring for others.

Today, I am proud to be a licensed massage therapist, doing what I love most: helping people feel their best. I earned my certification at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies, where I developed a strong foundation in various massage techniques. My specialties include Deep Tissue Massage, Silicone Cupping, and Swedish Circulatory Massage.

As the owner of a 100% mobile massage business, I bring the benefits of massage therapy directly to your home or workplace. I currently serve Paulden, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Williamson Valley, and Chino Valley. I look forward to the opportunity to help you relax, heal, and feel your best.
