Cancellation Policy
As a small business, each appointment is carefully scheduled to ensure the highest quality of service and personalized care. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments can significantly impact my ability to serve other clients and manage my business effectively.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible. While I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future sessions to secure your appointment.

General Liability Release Form
This is a standard release of liability for our massage therapy work together.
This form allows a parent or legal guardian to give permission to perform massage on a minor client.
